By signing in to DeKAA PicStudio you agree to these terms. We may update them; the "Last updated" date above shows the current version.

Acceptable use

You may not use DeKAA PicStudio to upscale:

• Content that infringes third-party copyright (you must own the rights or have permission)
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we will report to authorities
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content used to harass or impersonate someone
• Material that violates Thai law

Credits and payment

• Pricing is in credits. 5 credits per photo, 1 credit per second of video (1 credit = 1 second of video).
• New accounts receive 30 free credits as a one-time trial. There is no recurring or daily refill.
• Top-ups are paid by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe in your local currency; we never see or store your full card details.
• You are charged only when a result is delivered — if a job fails on our side, no credits are deducted.
• Credits do not expire under normal use.
• Refunds: we do not refund cash for unused credits except in clear cases of an accidental duplicate purchase — contact us via LINE OA.

Limits

• Photo: max one file per request, recommend ≤ 30 MB.
• Video: max 10 minutes per clip, max 1080p input, max 100 MB direct upload (use Google Drive / OneDrive link for larger files).
• We may rate-limit aggressive automated use.

No warranty

DeKAA PicStudio is provided "as is" without warranty. AI upscaling quality depends on the input — blurry or compressed inputs may not recover the missing detail. We do our best but cannot guarantee specific results.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
